Invite people to join your Facebook group so that they may receive exclusive and first-hand information about your business and the services you provide. Let them know that you have a blog on your website and that their feedback and contributions are highly welcomed.

Collaborate with these people by posting their experiences, feedback, and testimonials on your website and Facebook page. You can feature a community member and their business on your website’s blog. You may also host a podcast or a webinar where you invite a community member or a group to be interviewed by you. By doing this, not only will you provide valuable content to your audience, but you will also be able to help these people you have collaborated with establish or boost their online presence.

Building trust in you and the services and products you offer does not happen within 24hrs however you have to start somewhere.

For you to boost your customer base, get yourself registered in online industry directories and associations that are globally known and that is relevant to your business. These online directories and associations facilitate the process for your customers to find your business more easily. Exposure is important for all business marketing strategies and one-way business owners are getting in front of customers is by adding their company information to local listing websites such as these online industry directories and associations.

Finally, write a book, be an author. The ultimate way to get your audience globally is to write a book. Whether your book has been read or not, when people see you as an author, instantly, they will recognize you as someone who is a subject matter expert in your niche. Having your own book will help position you as a global leader in the eyes of your audience and clients.
