About Nikhil Raval
Nikhil Raval is a Leadership, Learning, and Change Organizational Development Expert. Why did Nikhil want to become an author?
In the last four years of his work in leadership development, Nikhil noticed that a lot of the clients and experts that he used to get in the room always had something published and he was the one running away as far as he could because he always thought, “ Where could he find the time to write?”, “What’s the value?”, and “Who would read the book?”.
Fortunately, he had two very good mentors who slowly tried to create an interest in writing in him. So he began with short articles and he realized that it’s a very hard thing to do but he also realized that his clients saw him differently the moment they started reading his works.
So Nikhil did that for about a couple of years and then finally decided to take the next leap which was to publish a book. He was very frightened of the idea because did not know what to do and where to start until he met a friend who had completed a book by undergoing Jyotsna’s Author Success Blueprint course. So Nikhil got in touch with Jyotsna and that’s how his author journey began.

He also felt that sense of satisfaction that he was able to achieve the one milestone that he set out for himself which was to publish a book and be able to dedicate it to his parents.
Through writing his book, Nikhil was able to realize that he had something special that he was unaware that he had. His book increased his awareness of who he is and what he does with his clients and other people. The book puts him in a different bracket so he encourages everyone who has the expertise to spend some time to write and share their message with the world because even when your work is done, people will still remember you through your book.
